Описание
Weathered stone columns and broken architectural fragments stand along a paved walkway in the ruins of Ephesus, surrounded by ancient masonry and hillside growth. The site recalls one of the most important cities of the New Testament world, where the apostle Paul taught, the gospel confronted pagan worship, and a Christian community later received the letter to the Ephesians. Ephesus is also named among the seven churches addressed in Revelation, making these ruins a meaningful setting for Bible teaching, church history, archaeology, and studies on the early spread of Christianity in Asia Minor.
